Starting The ABBIT Society Honor Roll Motivation Program in your school is easy! Here are suggestions, to help you get started.
- Choose the person or organization you would want to oversee your ABBIT
program. School counselors and PTO’s are great choices for you to consider. Many principals are in charge of their own program! School PTO’s are great for funding your ABBIT program, if you don’t have money available in your school budget.
Order ABBIT membership cards, including the
Honorary Membership cards, as basic items for starting your program.
Arrange for local businesses to honor ABBIT membership cards each grading period. You can list the businesses on paper and attach the membership cards to printed copies. The cards and sheets would need to show valid membership dates. When the child visits the business, the business representative would mark the sheet to show the child has received their reward for that particular grading period. This process would start over each time membership cards are issued. Business suggestions are: fast food discounts, movie rentals, bank specialties, miniature golf games…etc. We know of a florist, in the Houston, Texas area, who gives ABBIT members a flower each time they visit the floral shop!
Each grading period, you can award different
ABBIT Products to your ABBIT members. Our products are designed to encourage students to want to be an ABBIT so they can be recognized and rewarded!
Have ABBIT assemblies for awarding your ABBIT products. Or, you can distribute the ABBIT products in the classroom so non-members will be encouraged to make better grades! Remember to use our
Honorary Membership so all students are eligible for membership!
Our program is flexible! Be creative and use The ABBIT Society Program to meet your needs! We simply ask that you don’t create your own ABBIT products because ABBIT is a trademarked and copyrighted program!
